We were welcomed nicely when we first arrived, which was a good start. We understand that you cannot go down to the lower levels by the river unless you order food. However, there is no clear sign near the menu explaining that card payments are only accepted for purchases of at least 500 CZK. You only find this out once you go further inside, which is misleading and inconvenient for customers. Unfortunately, the staff were also quite rude. They addressed us in an overly familiar and unprofessional way, calling us things like “buddy,” which we did not appreciate. As for the view, it is nothing particularly special. If you come here after seeing the place from the bridge, do not expect too much. Overall, the location looks more appealing from the outside than the actual experience justifies. Better communication about payment rules and more professional customer service would make a big difference.

Sehr unfreundlicher und schlechter Service. Wir hatten auf einen Tisch für zwei Personen am Ufer beantragt. Das wurde abgelehnt. Circa 10 Minuten nachdem wir abseits saßen, wurde der Platz am Wasser besetzt mit Fremden ohne Vorbestellung. Das Personal hat sich weder durch gut zu reden, noch in irgendeiner Weise freundlich zu erkennen gegeben. Ich kenne beide Herren schon seit längerem. Ich war schon öfters hier. War bisher begeistert. Jetzt bin ich Mega enttäuscht. Und ich werde nie wiederkommen. Und ich werde eine schlechte Werbung machen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Thomas

Excellent service and a fantastic view from the lower terrace overlooking the water. The traditional goulash soup was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. A wonderful experience overall, and I would highly recommend it.

So nice we had one twice, then another. What a spot!! Beautiful quiet setting with a fantastic view of the river. Away from the crowds, a real gem to just soak up the atmosphere without being too close! Friendly staff. Truly enjoyable xx
